Cleaning Staff:
Facilities Attendant assist in keeping the common areas and event spaces of the resorts clean and organized. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Serves as a representative of Brett Robinson, displaying courtesy and professionalism in all interactions with other employees of Brett Robinson, owners, guests, and other members of the community
- Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums floors of buildings, using cleaning solutions, tools, and equipment including ladders. Participants will be using cleaning chemicals. - Cleans public restrooms, including toilets
- Cleans walls, ceilings, windows, walkways, stairwells, elevator cars, equipment, and building fixtures
- Gathers and empties trash from building floors
- Sets up, arranges, and removes decorations, tables, and chairs in the meeting rooms - Moves items between departments
- Cleans pool deck areas including pool chairs
- Picks up trash from landscaped areas, parking lot, and common areas
- Reports safety hazards
- Attends departmental meetings
- Performs other duties as assigned
Front Desk/Reception
The main duty of the Front Desk Rental Associate is to accommodate resort patrons and owners by registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys, transmitting and receiving messages, keeping records of accounts, making and confirming reservations, and presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Serves as a representative of Brett Robinson, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with other employees of Brett Robinson, owners, and other members of the community
- Provides customer service to others
- Maintains strict key control
- Receives guests or owners at front desk according to check in and check out procedures
- Provides information to owners and guests regarding area points of interest, policies, and guest services via face to face conversation, in writing, and over the telephone - Enters records and maintains information regarding front desk activities
- Controls operations of cash drawer
- Observes and evaluates the outcomes of a problem situation to identify lessons learned or redirect efforts
- Enters reservation information and on-line booking
- Attends departmental meetings
- Performs all work with attention and detail, using standards of quality and professionalism
- Performs all work in a safe manner
Housekeeper
Participants will be using cleaning chemicals. The main duties of a Housekeeping Ambassador are:
- Assist housekeepers by retrieving necessary supplies and equipment to complete loading of carts.
- Collect all bags of soiled linens from the floors and takes them to designated location.
- Unload linens from laundry carts and properly places them on shelves.
- Fill cleaning product bottles with the appropriate product.
- Deliver additional needed linens and supplies to housekeeping staff. Linen duties may amount to 15% of daily duties.
- Maintain clean and orderly linen rooms and storage closets.
- Note unit cleanliness deficiencies on checklist, including checking under 40 to 50 beds per day.
- Change bed linens in a neat and clean manner.
- Remove and collect linens for laundering and transport them to the designated areas.
- Dust furniture - Empty wastebaskets and cleaning them inside and out.
- Clean tile floors with the use of a broom and mop.
- Clean tubs, sinks, counter tops, appliances, mirrors, toilets, door panels, and shower curtains with the equipment and products provided.
