Restaurant Attendant (Front of House):
Busser/Food Runner: Provide friendly, attentive and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all our guests and members. Bussers will clean and set tables, restock plates, or (at times) serve food. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ability to answer questions guests might have regarding food being served
- Carry dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen
- Serve and refill water and other beverages as required
- Know the table numbers and seat numbers for all areas of the restaurant -Be knowledgeable in food product, and food preparations.
Cook:
Assist with preparation of foods in all stations. Properly execute as a member of the line staff by working constantly and cohesively in a variety of cooking methods to assure timeliness, efficiency, and product integrity; demonstrate exemplary work ethic, technique, and productivity as a team member, and assisting others when necessary
Steward:
Assist Kitchen operations including but not limited to:
- Removal of garbage, transportation of equipment and/or supplies.
- Properly clean and store all china, silver, utensils, pots, pans, serving ware and other equipment
- Perform sanitation duties such as mopping floors, cleaning work surfaces, sweeping floors, etc.
- Set up functions with ice, tables, chairs, utensils, and other equipment as required
- Maintain equipment in a professional manner and maintain a clean, safe and efficient workstation
