Housekeeping:
As a housekeeper for vacation rental properties, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the accommodations to provide a pleasant experience for guests. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
Cleaning and preparing the rental property before guest arrival, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and making beds. Restocking essential supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens. Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Handling laundry, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels. Checking inventory and reporting any damages or missing items to the supervisor. Addressing guest inquiries or concerns regarding housekeeping services.
Job Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks. Good communication skills with team members. Ability to work independently and follow instructions closely. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, kneeling, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, as vacation rentals often require cleaning between guest stays.
