Food Service:
Under the direction of the Stand Manager, Concession Stand Attendants serve food and beverage concessions to guests in accordance with the Company service standards and operational Standards.
Responsibilities Greet guests, communicate offerings and answers any guest questions in a friendly manner. Serve food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines. Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification adheres to all alcohol service policies and procedures. Record all waste. Participate in the set-up of the kiosk, arranges inventory, notifies Stand Lead of any inventory deficiency or shortages. Perform clean-up duties to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment. Record all transactions via the point of sale system and informs guests of the amounts owed. Collect the proper money for food and beverage items; processes credit cards or determines correct change for guests. Account for all transactions; maintains accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift.
Under the direction of supervisor, Culinary Associates/Cooks prepare food required for food service operation, restaurant and banquets, in accordance with Companys Standards and applicable Operational Standards.
Responsibilities Prepares food to specifications before and during unit operations. Properly measures, portions, and prepares all food items. -Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures. Retrieves from storage areas all items necessary for preparation. Maintains food, utensils, and equipment in a clean and orderly manner. Labels, dates and wraps food products, adhering to ServSafe procedures. Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines. Follows and upholds all health codes and sanitation regulations. Follows all safety, security, and kitchen procedures. Communicate with the chef for any special instructions/training. Performs other duties as assigned.
