Server:

Serving food & beverage items to guests in hotel dining area and/or pool deck. Receiving and entering food and beverage orders into point of sale system at poolside grill. Collecting or processing cash, credit and room charges. Will maintain a high standard of customer service and cleanliness. Will interact with other International and American Team Members. SafeStaff Food Safety Training will be provided.

Pool Attendant:

Being friendly and providing exemplary customer service with the guests/patrons around the pool deck area. Scans the area of surveillance to make sure that patrons are safe and behaving according to the rules. Enforcing the age restrictions of certain water facilities (Example: Hot Tub). Handing out swim diapers to parents of toddlers who are under the age requirement and/or not potty-trained. Inspects the aquatic facility for unsafe conditions and cleanliness to prevent accidents and reports any hazards to the supervisor. Enforces rules consistently and fairly. Responsibilities: Must be CPR certified or willing and able to obtain CPR certification. Company will provide CPR certification training. Stays fit to perform job adequately which requires swimming endurance and strength. Maintains a professional appearance. Interacts politely with facility patrons and acts as a role model for young children.

Host/Hostess:

Greeting and seating hotel restaurant guests. Receiving and entering food and beverage orders into point of sale system at poolside grill. Collecting or processing cash, credit and room charges. Will maintain a high standard of customer service and cleanliness. Will interact with other International and American Team Members. SafeStaff Food Safety Training will be provided.

Reservation:

Checking guests in and out, making reservations, answering phones, collecting and processing payment, and other duties as assigned. Will provide excellent customer service to resort guests. Will interact with other International and American Team Members.

Concierge:

Assisting with guest baggage (loading & unloading), greeting guests and answering questions about resort amenities and local attractions, directing guest in the front loading/unloading area. Will provide excellent customer service to resort guests. Will interact with other International and American Team Members.
